Talent Portal (Employers)
A portal has been created by CPCA which allows employers to search staff with the necessary skills to enable their business to operate during this difficult time. The Combined Authority will play a coordinating role, signposting local businesses in need of employees and connecting them with local people in need of employment to help Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and the wider East Anglian region to build economic resilience in this challenging time.

The Combined Authority will play a coordinating role, signposting local businesses in need of employees with and local people in need of employment to help Cambridgeshire and Peterborough build economic resilience in this challenging time.
The Retraining Scheme is a new pilot programme to prepare adults for changes to the economy. It will help them to retrain and secure better jobs whilst supporting employers to get the skilled workers they need. The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Retraining Scheme has been launched in response to the current economic situation presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
