Partnership approach launches low-cost, community-based rehabilitation programme
Aseptika Ltd and Huntingdonshire District Council recently launched Active+TM - a new model for low-cost, community-based and life-long rehabilitation programmes for people diagnosed with long-term conditions such as Cancer, Cardiovascular and Respiratory disease – at the Eastern Academic Health Science Network Self Care and Prevention Event.
